Hot Weather & Hay 

Hello Everyone!  I don't know what the weather has been like where you live but it was hot last week and then it rained so things cooled down a little. The guys got the first cutting of hay put away in the barn and now they're baling straw. Emily and I have been in the garden picking snap peas and cutting lettuce. We've been having fresh salad everyday. Yum.

Our newest cheese just finished aging so we tried it the other day. It's havarti and it turned out really well. We don't have it for sale online yet, but we do have it in our farm store if you want to try some. We're always excited when a new cheese is made because most cheese takes a least two months to age so we don't get to taste it until then. It's well worth the wait.
